As a Caisse member, you have the opportunity to participate and exercise your democratic right at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to :

  • learn about your caisse’s financial results and initiatives;
  • vote deferred on the rebate payment ;
  • vote on the election of directors, if applicable;
  • vote on any proposed amendments to the Caisse’s internal regulations.

Replay the Annual General Meeting

To participate and vote, make sure you meet the following conditions:

  • Be a Caisse member for 90 days or more prior to the date of the meeting
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Member of a caisse de territoire: reside, live or work in Québec[ 1 ]note
  • Member of a group caisse: meet your caisse’s common link criteria[ 2 ]note

Once the meeting has been broadcast, full members will have 4 days to vote on the rebate and the election of Board members, if applicable. At that time, you will be able to listen to the replay of the AGM and consult the document presenting each nomination.
